Registration for the 2012 Mackinac Policy Conference,
held May 29 - June 1, is under way. The Conference will again drive a statewide dialogue with business, government and philanthropy to create a globally competitive, financially attractive Michigan.

Since 1981, the Detroit Regional Chamber's annual Conference has provided access to Michigan's top business professionals, legislative leaders, corporate CEOs, entrepreneurs and veteran regional champions. Over 1,500 attendees will gather for the 2012 Conference at the historic Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island.

Building on the momentum of last year's Conference, 2012 Chair, Chief Executive Officer of Henry Ford Health System, Nancy Schlichting, worked with the CEO Advisory Committee to create a vision that will focus on the changing economic opportunities and how the U.S. and Michigan must adapt to the 21st century global market through innovation and collaboration to succeed.
